WARRANTY

Aimpoint guarantees our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years for professional or competition use and 10 years for personal use beginning from the date of purchase. 

Personal use: Product that is used for normal civilian or recreational activities. 

Professional or competition: Used in professional applications (military / law enforcement) or in shooting competitions. 

This warranty remains valid provided the sight has not been misused, disassembled or tampered with in any way. Any attempt to disassemble or repair the product by anyone outside of Aimpoint will void the warranty. Aimpoint warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt showing place and date of purchase.

Repair time is estimated at 4 weeks from the date we receive the sight.

We will repair the sight and send it back free of charge.

We will contact the owner with an estimate of repair cost for approval.

RETURNING YOUR SIGHT

To best serve you, all sights returned for warranty repair and service must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Prior to returning a sight to us, please check the following:

The battery - replace the battery and see if this helps correct a weak or missing dot.

The battery cap - if your sight is blinking or if the dot disappears during use, tighten the battery cap and try again.  

The mount on your sight -  Problems with zeroing your sight can be used by a loose or misaligned mount or railCheck the tightness of all mount hardware, and inspect for wear on rails or scope attachment points.

When you return a sight, you must include:

- Name

- Full mailing address

- Phone number

- E-mail address

- Copy of your dated sales receipt

- Complete explanation of the problem

- Warranty and service return form with requested information

REQUEST AN RMA FROM AIMPOINT BY FILLING OUT THE FIELDS BELOW

A member of the Aimpoint technical support team will be in contact with additional directions and an assigned RMA number after your form is submitted. 
DO NOT send in any Aimpoint products until you have been assigned an RMA number and return instructions.
