If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase made on https://aimpoint.us, you can return the product and get a full refund minus shipping costs. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. All items must be returned in NEW Condition in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents including instruction manuals, accessories, and packing inserts. Merchandise missing the original serial number cannot be returned. Aimpoint tracks all serial numbers and will match the serial number on the returned item to the serial number on the original sale. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

(2) To have your product repaired or serviced please complete the form at https://aimpoint.us/warranty-service (for warranty and service-related returns).

Upon authorization, print and attach the RMA Tag to the outside of the box and return the merchandise within 10 business days to ensure that your exchange or refund is processed in a timely fashion.

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
