RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase made on https://aimpoint.us, you can return the product and get a full refund minus shipping costs. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. All items must be returned in NEW Condition in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents including instruction manuals, accessories, and packing inserts. Merchandise missing the original serial number cannot be returned. Aimpoint tracks all serial numbers and will match the serial number on the returned item to the serial number on the original sale. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

(2) To have your product repaired or serviced please complete the form at https://aimpoint.us/warranty-service (for warranty and service-related returns).

Upon authorization, print and attach the RMA Tag to the outside of the box and return the merchandise within 10 business days to ensure that your exchange or refund is processed in a timely fashion.

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Once your order has been processed and we have received your cleared payment, your item will be shipped from Aimpoint Inc, 7309 Gateway Court, Manassas, Virginia 20109 USA.

Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST) excluding holidays. Standard handling and processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12 pm EST will be processed the same day.

Aimpoint Inc ships to all states in the USA (including Hawaii, and Alaska), as well as Puerto Rico, and USA protectorates. We do not ship to addresses located outside of the previously mentioned list, or APO’s. Aimpoint does ship to PO Boxes – restrictions apply.

UPS Ground, USPS Priority are our standard shipping service for all optics, and USPS First Class for accessories, spare parts, and logo gear. Faster levels of shipping service may be purchased.

The impact on delivery times due to COVID-19: UPS Service Guarantee.

Signature: Aimpoint Inc.: In order to prevent theft and fraud, signature is required for ALL shipments of optics.

We offer FREE “UPS Ground”/USPS shipping to all our U.S customers (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. protectorates) on purchases of $50 or more.

We offer FREE “USPS Priority” service to all our U.S customers on purchases of Aimpoint Red Dot Sights and Magnifiers with delivery to PO Box.

We offer $7 flat rate for all other UPS Ground/USPS shipping within the U.S.

Additional charges may apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. protectorates.

WARRANTY

Aimpoint guarantees our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years for professional or competition use and 10 years for personal use beginning from the date of purchase. 

Personal use: Product that is used for normal civilian or recreational activities. 

Professional or competition: Used in professional applications (military / law enforcement) or in shooting competitions. 

This warranty remains valid provided the sight has not been misused, disassembled or tampered with in any way. Any attempt to disassemble or repair the product by anyone outside of Aimpoint will void the warranty. Aimpoint warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt showing place and date of purchase. 

Customers requesting an RMA within the USA should fill out the below RMA Application. Customers with additional questions on warranties or the return process should contact Aimpoint Inc. (703) 263-9795 (option 2) for more information.

Repair time is estimated at 4 weeks from the date we receive the sight. 

WARRANTY and REPAIR POLICY Q&A

We will repair the sight and send it back free of charge.

RETURNING YOUR SIGHT

To best serve you, all sights returned for warranty repair and service must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Prior to returning a sight to us, please check the following:

The battery - replace the battery and see if this helps correct a weak or missing dot.

The battery cap - if your sight is blinking or if the dot disappears during use, tighten the battery cap and try again.  

The mount on your sight -  Problems with zeroing your sight can be used by a loose or misaligned mount or railCheck the tightness of all mount hardware, and inspect for wear on rails or scope attachment points.

When you return a sight, you must include:

- Name

- Full mailing address

- Phone number

- E-mail address

- Copy of your dated sales receipt

- Complete explanation of the problem

- Warranty and service return form with requested information
