The Freedom Ready (the “Giveaway”) is brought to you courtesy of Aimpoint Inc. and Otis Technology (“Otis”) together with the Sponsors listed in Section 2 below. The Giveaway is a sweepstakes governed solely by the following Terms and Conditions and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.BY SUBMITTING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who currently reside in the US and who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and directors of the Sponsors (as defined in Section 2 below) and their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies or individuals involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Giveaway and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win the Giveaway. For purposes of the Giveaway, “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence for at least three months a year, whether related or not. The winner will be required to have a valid driver's license or proof of a government–issued photo identification and will be required to complete and comply with an ATF Form #4473 and pass a NICS background check at his or her local firearms retailer that holds a valid Federal Firearms License, and comply with any other requirements necessary to accept transfer of title to the prize within thirty (30) days of notification from Sponsor. Failure to comply with each of these requirements or qualify under all applicable laws and regulations will result in a forfeiture of the Prize. Sponsor will not be responsible for any fees collected by the retailer to perform these services. Such fees shall be at the winner's sole expense. The winner of any prize shall be responsible for reporting and payment of any and all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes, based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules, and any other charges or fees including, but not limited to, licensed federal firearms dealer transaction fees that may arise from the transfer of any prize awarded in connection with this Giveaway. This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS GIVEAWAY IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OR ARE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR BECOME PROHIBITED FROM POSSESSING, ACQUIRING OR TRANSPORTING FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION DURING THE TERM OF THIS GIVEAWAY.
To enter the Giveaway or receive a prize, you must fully comply with these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsors, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects as they relate to the administration, operation, selection of winners and all other matters related to the Giveaway.

3. Timing
Entry for the Giveaway shall begin on June 21, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and end on July 16, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Giveaway Entry Period”). Aimpoint Inc. is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Entry Period, you may enter your email address for a chance to win the Giveaway by visiting the following link: https://aimpoint.us/freedom-ready-giveaway
Entrants may only use one email address to enter the Giveaway. You are not permitted to share the same email address with another entrant. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will be void and such entries will be automatically disqualified. The use of any automated system to enter the Giveaway is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
By providing your email address to enter the Giveaway, you understand AND AGREE that you are opting into an email list shared by AIMPOINT, DRD TACTICAL, OTIS TECHNOLOGY & SUREFIRE for promotional purposes.
Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries all of which will be ineligible to win. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Giveaway will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to verify their status as an “authorized account holder” in order to be awarded a Giveaway prize.
5. Winner Determination
Within 3 days following the end of the Giveaway Entry Period, eligible entrants will be selected to win the prizes described in Section 7 below in a random drawing of all valid entries received up to the time of the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period. Potential winners will be notified by email at the address they used to enter the Giveaway and will be required to respond within 7 days of notification. Potential winners must follow the initial prize claim instructions and any subsequent claim instructions, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Failure to respond to an initial notification within 7 days will result in disqualification from the Giveaway.
6. Verification of Potential Winners
Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Prize Acceptance Form, Release of Liability and/or a Publicity Release (as permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) by a specified date, or an alternate potential winner may be selected.
In the event that: (1) a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted or the potential winner notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable; (2) a potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the applicable prize for any reason; (3) a potential winner is ineligible to enter the Giveaway or receive the prize, (4) a potential winner cannot or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or (5) a potential winner fails to fulfill any Affidavit-related obligations, as applicable, that potential winner shall be disqualified from the Giveaway and an alternate potential winner for the applicable prize may be selected, at Aimpoint Inc.’s sole discretion, from among the other eligible entries received. Aimpoint Inc. reserves the right to modify winner notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate potential winner.
7. Prizes
Prize winners will be eligible to receive the following prizes:

- 2nd Prize: Aimpoint Gear (Zippo, hat, Silipint) + Otis 20oz Stainless Steel Tumbler + SureFire SIDEKICK®valued at $113.98 USD
Prizes shall be awarded to winners “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, offered to winners by any of the Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another prize of comparable or greater value. Any such substitution is not guaranteed and is at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) or provide their social security number. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Terms and Conditions.
8. Entry Conditions and Release
Each entrant agrees to: (1) comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions; (2) defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, celebrities, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Giveaway, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of a Giveaway entry.
9. General Conditions
None of the Sponsors nor any of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to the following: (1) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate these Terms and Conditions; (2) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind; (3) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Giveaway or claiming a prize; (4) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (5) any inability of a winner to accept a prize for any reason; (5) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control; or (6) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or any related activities.
Aimpoint Inc. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned, and to select winners from among all eligible entries timely received prior to the termination date, as applicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entrant registrations; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s registration is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway. No more than the stated number of each prize will be awarded.
11. Disputes
Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of Virginia; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (d) under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsors in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

13. Intellectual Property
Any trademarks used in the promotion or administration of the Giveaway, these Terms and Conditions or in any supplemental rules or Giveaway notifications are used for prize identification purposes only and are the properties of their respective owners.
Giveaway materials may not be copied, reproduced or used for any purpose without Aimpoint Inc. and/or an applicable Sponsor’s express prior written consent.
